Cancellation & Refund Policy

Learnijoy, operated by TEKNIKOZ SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED, is a subscription-based digital service. Access to courses, content, and platform features is provided on a recurring subscription basis. Because all our offerings are digital and made available immediately upon purchase, all payments are non-refundable.

• No refunds. As Learnijoy is a subscription-based service offering immediate access to digital content, we do not provide refunds for any subscription payment, whether monthly, annual, or one-time, once the payment has been made.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and billing, but the amount already paid for the current billing period is non-refundable and your access continues until the end of that paid period.
• No partial refunds. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time, features not used, or for any portion of a subscription period after it has begun.
• Billing issues. If you believe you have been charged in error or notice a duplicate or unauthorized charge, please contact our Customer Service team at info@learnijoy.com and we will review the matter and resolve any genuine billing error.
